Every genealogist knows that local libraries do not have everything needed for research. Luckily, through reciprocal agreements, libraries do lend materials to each other at the request of patrons, through InterLibrary Loans (ILL).
Seattle Public Library genealogy librarian John LaMont will explain how to access needed materials. LaMont also teaches "Genealogy: Databases & the Internet" classes.
The presentation will provide sources for finding materials to borrow and tips for making sure researchers get what they ask for.
Jewish Genealogical Society of Washington State library materials will be available to attendees before and after the presentation.
The meeting is on April 16 at the Stroum Jewish Community Center on Mercer Island. For more information, click here.
