I discovered a Jewish grandmother and show Jewish relatives all through Eastern Europe (Ashkenazi) and then all through Mexico and Latin America as well as Asia and the Middle East. All of the surnames that you mention are showing in my relative list but I don't know (yet!) how this all comes together. I would recommend 23andMe for DNA testing, if you are able, based on my own experience. Good luck to you.
